Today I hit a new record both in weight and body comp! 140.0 pounds and 9.3% body fat! These are my lowest stats yet while on the HCG Diet and a remarkable drop from nearly 158 pounds and 18% body fat. To put it in perspective that is an 11% drop in my body weight and a 48% drop in my body fat…YESSSSS!
So, my goal of 135 and 5%-7% body fat still seems achievable by Day 43 of my HCG Diet. Let’s see if I can finish strong and not cheat this weekend. There are no obligatory social events for me this weekend (amazing given that, with rare exception, nearly every weekend since the beginning of the year has had some sort of obligation or another) so I won’t be exposed to my area of weakness (trying to eat just a protein shake or some celery sticks while people are eating burgers, dogs, pizza, dim sum, or whatever).
