Breasts.  My favorite body part.  It’s actually my main dinner right now during this 6 week diet – chicken breasts to be precise.  4 ounces (only) to be even more precise!  Yes, 112 grams of pure white meat delight.

The chicken breasts I’m actually eating every day is John Soules chicken fajita meat which I get from my local Sam’s Club.  Each ounce, according to MyFitnessPal contains 37 calories (7g of protein, 1 g of carb and 0 fat!).

At least for me, this is not all bad since I’m not a food snob.  While I do enjoy fine dining and appreciate trying exotic delicacies everywhere I travel I’m also blessed with the ability to view food as fuel and eat the same thing every day.  (I do enjoy a few twists of Himalayan rock salt and ground Tellicherry pepper to add some life to it though!)
