The weight is still falling! Lowest weight and body comp of the diet today – 138.3 lbs and 8.2% body fat!
Glad trend is good even if goal may be just (slightly) out of reach.
Even so there is no doubt that this diet worked in:
- Losing weight
- Dropping body fat
- Managing hunger
- Shrinking waistline (targeting the areas I tend to store fat)
Whether I make my goal or not at exactly what I targeted is not as significant as the huge progress I made in such a short time. I will eventually recommend this diet with the caveat that you still need to manage the mental / emotional / social aspect of eating which I struggled with and personalize this to your uniqueness.
